This warranty is provided to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse service if a product is found to be soiled or unsanitary. Transportation/shipping costs to and from the manufacturer are the responsibility of the consumer. Please allow one to three weeks after the product is received by the manufacturer. In the event that service resulting from such defect is required during the warranty period, the product will be repaired or replaced. Mattress fabric is not covered under warranty.
