The Invacare MicroAIR MA85 combines True Low Air Loss and Alternating Pressure relieving therapies to provide the therapeutic benefits of pressure relief and skin moisture management. True Low Air Loss therapeutic support wicks away moisture and maintains a temperate environment for the user. Alternating Pressure therapy reduces interface pressure by alternately inflating and deflating 20 individual 8-inch air cell bladders every 5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes. This alternating pressure mattress replacement system helps in pressure ulcer treatment and management by shifting pressure to different parts of the body in a repeating cycle, which prevents any body area from being under pressure all the time.
