Introducing Drive's' new lightweight bariatric beds. With frames up to 100 lbs. lighter than most current bariatric offerings, these beds are easy to maneuver, transport and assemble. Without compromising strength, these durable lightweight frames have been tested and verified to maintain the same safe working load capacity of up to 1000 lbs.! (Weight capacity varies by size). This series of bariatric beds is available in 42", 48", and 54" widths.

The bed supports up to 500 lbs. and is 42" wide. See the 15302LW if you need the wider 48” frame and 650 lbs. weight capacity, or the 15303LW  which is 54” wide and supports up to 900 lbs.

It is fully electric, which means you benefit from head, feet, AND frame height adjustability.

• The hand pendant is large with easy-to-use controls for patients in bed to control their desired positioning on their own without any caregiver's assistance. The LED indicators are available for the bed's power status and lockout mode.
• The hand pendant is easy to find in the dark because it glows. This is a helpful feature for patients who cannot see well or have limited mobility. 
• In the event of a power failure, a 9-volt battery (not included) located in the motor can lower the head and foot sections up to 9 times.

• The square tube steel frame slat deck provides durable strength, and no-sag mattress support, and is easy to clean. 
• You just need one individual to set up an ultra-lightweight frame; no links to connect, and no tools are required. 
• The large 5” swivel casters make the bed easy to move for caregivers. Includes two locking casters.
• Scratch resistant wood grain panel bed ends
• UL approved motor is self contained for reduced weight and noise and can be easily installed and removed with a patient in bed.
• Deck height adjusts 18" - 26" from floor with casters (13" - 21" w/o casters).
