The ProBasics Reduced Gap Full-Length Bed Rails PB6034 prevent fall out with less entrapment hazards. It fits all standard size 36" wide homecare or hospital beds. The reduced gap design of these full length hospital bed rails reduces the gap that used to occur when adjusting the head and/or foot sections of the bed
