Who should not use it

• Patients who cannot lift or reposition the walker: This model’s front wheels are fixed (non-swiveling), so turning corners typically requires lifting the front slightly and pivoting. This is true of most standard walkers (especially bariatric ones) because swivel wheels can compromise stability under heavy loads. Patients with limited upper-body strength, or who cannot lift/reposition the walker, may struggle with cornering. For them, a rollator (with swivel casters and brakes) is usually the better fit.
• Homes with narrow doorways: The walker’s base is about 33" wide. While ADA bathroom doors are technically 32" minimum clearance, that leaves little to no room; many residential bathroom doors are 28–30" and will not accommodate this walker. Please measure doorways and hallways before purchasing.
• Users expecting swivel-style steering: This walker prioritizes maximum stability, not tight-corner maneuverability. If frequent, easy steering is essential, consider a rollator instead.
• Very tall users (over 6′5″): With handles adjustable 34"–38", most users achieve an upright posture; however, users taller than ~6′5″ may find themselves stooping.
